Meru Networks Names Brett White Chief Financial Officer

Former Oracle VP Adds Depth to Meru Team As Company Gains Momentum in Wireless LAN Market

 

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Apr. 24, 2008 – Brett White has joined wireless infrastructure provider Meru Networks as chief financial officer. Responsible for Meru's finance and information technology groups, he reports to Meru CEO Ihab Abu-Hakima.

White brings to Meru a breadth of financial leadership experience that spans a range of high-technology organizations from privately-held startups to billion-dollar public global enterprises. He was previously CFO at business security systems provider Fortinet. Before that he had held the CFO title at two publicly-held companies: application service provider Corio and customer relationship management vendor Kana Software. In his 10 years at Oracle, White rose from finance manager for the International Division to vice president of finance. He holds a B.A. degree in business economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
