MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR FUNDING COMMITMENT FROM MONITOR VENTURES
IVT will Use Capital to Expand the Company’s Ongoing Sales and Marketing
Initiatives and New Product Development
Los Angeles, Calif. – June 1, 2006 – Interactive Video
Technologies (IVT), the leader in the production, management and
distribution of live and on-demand webcasting, announced today
that it has received a commitment for up to $5 million in
venture funding from Monitor Ventures
and continued financial support from Tudor Ventures, a previous
IVT investor.
