Teymour Boutros-Ghali was a seed investor, Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer from 1998-2001.  Jerry Engel was a co-founder, seed investor, Board Member and Chief Financial Officer from 1998-2001.

The company was sold in Q1 2000 to NBCi for $250 million.
