While Monitor Ventures is an independent investment firm owned by its principals, it shares a tight strategic relationship with the Monitor Group. We believe our affiliation with Monitor provides us with a differentiated investment strategy on a number of fronts:

Deal Flow: We identify a substantial number of potential investments through Monitor's business relationships and through initiatives to target industries where Monitor has significant knowledge and expertise;

Due-Diligence Support: We utilize Monitor's intellectual capital and skills to assist us in our evaluation of potential investment opportunities; and,

Post-Investment Support: In some circumstances, we can apply Monitor's extensive business development networks and consulting resources to add value to portfolio companies post investment.
